Northland Photography Policy

At Northland Photography, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service and quality. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and adjustments need to be made. Please review our Refunds & Cancellations policy below to ensure you understand the options available in case you need to alter or cancel a photography session.

Cancellations - Whānau, Branding & Property

More than 48 hours notice: Clients can cancel their photography session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time and receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.

Less than 48 hours notice: If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the session, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. The remaining 50% will be refunded to the client.

Day of Session: No refunds will be issued for cancellations on the day of the session unless due to exceptional circumstances, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations - Mini Sessions

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, but of course you can get in touch to reschedule!

Rescheduling:

Clients may reschedule their session once, free of charge, provided they give at least 24 hours' notice. Subsequent rescheduling may incur a fee to cover additional administrative costs.

No-Show:

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled session without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds for Dissatisfaction:

At Northland Photography, we strive to capture your moments perfectly. However, if you are dissatisfied with the final photographs due to quality issues or discrepancies from the agreed-upon service, we offer the following:

  • A partial reshoot of the session, free of charge, or

  • A partial refund proportional to the unmet service, determined at Northland Photography’s discretion.

To request a refund or reschedule a session, please contact us with your booking details and explanation for the request.

Additional Information:

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during booking.

This policy is subject to change without prior notice, and adjustments may be applied on a case-by-case basis.
